About Us
Innovative Construction Materials Ltd .(ICM) specializes in the manufacturing of highly advanced multi-layer woven and nonwoven membranes specifically designed as water intrusion and moisture protection barriers for both the roof and wall assemblies in residential and commercial construction markets.
Our primary focus centers around R&D and integrating our technical expertise with our customer needs feedback into our sophisticated product development and manufacturing process of Roof Underlayment and Housewrap.
Our sole goal is to provide our customers with very unique technologies for protecting the wall and roof against moisture and water intrusion so that they can differentiate in the market place and not offer “me too” products. End user collaboration is key to our success!
We have several U.S. patents (granted and pending) on these specialized processes.
Our manufacturing plant, located in Dezhou, China, focuses considerable attention on Quality Control protocol to meet all U.S. Building Code(ICC-ES) and European CE requirements.
With our U.S. based office and logistics subsidiary (Fabrix, LLC), currently located in Michigan, this enables us to provide our customers with local support in Customer Service, Sales, and Technical assistance as needed.
