Moisture Protection Barriers (Housewrap) for Wall Assemblies
ICM can design and manufacture highly advanced moisture protection barriers with built in rainscreen and drainage properties that directs water moisture down the wall envelope and away from the building while at the same time increasing ventilation by creating an effective airspace between the substrate (wall sheathing) and exterior cladding (siding). ICM can also dial in specific ranges of permeability to allow the membrane to “breathe” (allow moisture vapor in gas form to pass through it) at a desired rate based on the temperature and climate in your geographic locations.
