Roof Underlayment
ICM will design and manufacture exclusive synthetic roof underlayment membranes that are individually customized for its prospective customers. In collaboration with its partners, ICM will develop & manufacture highly advanced products that meets the needs and demands of the contractor and end user while allowing them to be differentiated against competitive products in the marketplace.
Product Options:
- Substrate/Fabrics: Woven or Non-woven
- Finished Product Basis Weight: 85 gsm up to 190 gsm
- Permeability: Low, Medium or High Water Vapor Transmission (WVTR) or None (Vapor Barrier)
- Anti-slip Working Surface (Foot Traction): Tacky Coatings or Mechanical Methods or a combination of both
- Physical Strength: Meets or exceeds code requirements for Tensile and/or Tear Strength
- UV Protection: UV Additive/Stabilizer provides protection from extended exposure to sun's ultraviolet rays
- Customized Printing/Private Labeling – 48” x 48” print repeat size with up to 3 different colors of your Company/Product Logo
Quality Control Procedures & Auditing:
- ICM uses Intertek and other renown independent third party auditors and testing laboratories to ensure unbiased test results to demonstrate its products superior performance and that it meets all applicable Building Code Requirements for your markets.
Product Liability Insurance:
- ICM can provide product liability insurance coverage up to $1,000,000 U.S. dollars (subject to certain restrictions).
Code Approval:
- ICC-ES, CE, CSA, BBA (British Board of Agreement), Florida Bldg. Code & Miami Dade County
